The method

What gets evaluated — and the honest limits of each factor

Not every factor matters to every person. Your priorities decide which of these carry weight in your strategy.

RF/EMF conditions

Radio-frequency and electromagnetic conditions vary enormously between a tower-dense tourist strip and a rural valley — and between two houses on the same street. Handheld meters make these conditions observable instead of assumed.

Honest limit: A reading describes one spot at one moment. Infrastructure changes; always verify where you'd actually sleep.

Magnetic-field conditions

Local magnetic-field characteristics differ by geology and by what's built nearby. For people who consider this important, it is something that can be investigated with a meter rather than guessed at.

Honest limit: Measurements are observations, not health assessments, and are not interpreted as medical findings.

Development density

How built-up is the surrounding area, and how fast is it changing? A quiet town with three new hotel projects is a different place in two years than the one you visited.

Honest limit: Growth trajectories are estimates based on observation and public information.

Natural surroundings

Access to forest, water, open ground and the ability to spend time outdoors as part of an ordinary day — not as a weekend excursion.

Honest limit: Access can be seasonal or subject to private ownership.

Light, sun and climate

Sunrise and sunset exposure, cloud patterns, altitude, heat and humidity all shape daily rhythm far more than an average-temperature chart suggests.

Honest limit: Generic climate data rarely reflects microclimates; local knowledge fills the gap.

Local food sourcing

Whether you can realistically buy from farmers, fishermen and butchers, or whether you'd end up dependent on supermarkets and imported goods. In practice this is one of the biggest lifestyle differences between two similar-looking towns.

Honest limit: Availability shifts with season, market days and who is still farming or fishing locally.

Daily lifestyle realities

Noise, traffic, walkability, water, power reliability, pace, and what an ordinary Tuesday actually looks like where you'd be living.

Honest limit: Lifestyle fit is personal; the session frames it around your stated priorities.

What does the right environment look like for you?

You can spend months piecing together generic information written for people with completely different priorities — or you can start with a personalized strategy built around the environmental and lifestyle factors that matter to you.
