Healthy Latitude Services

Healthy Latitude provides personalized educational and consulting services intended to help clients evaluate locations and environmental factors in relation to their individual health priorities, lifestyle preferences, travel goals, and relocation considerations.

Services may include discussion and evaluation of topics such as:

• Climate
• Geography
• Sunlight and seasonal conditions
• Environmental characteristics
• Lifestyle
• Infrastructure
• Travel considerations
• Local conditions
• Potential places to live or spend extended periods of time
• Other factors relevant to a client's personal priorities

The nature and scope of each consultation may vary depending on the client's circumstances and questions.

Healthy Location Strategy Session

The Healthy Location Strategy Session is currently offered as a 90-minute private consultation for $297, unless a different price or duration is clearly displayed at the time of booking.

The client is responsible for providing accurate and relevant information so the consultation can be tailored appropriately.

Not Medical Advice

Healthy Latitude does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, emergency medical services, or individualized medical care through the Healthy Location Strategy Session.

Information provided through Healthy Latitude is intended for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing provided through the website, consultation, email, text message, or other communication should be interpreted as medical diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a physician or other appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

You should not delay, discontinue, or modify medical treatment based solely on information provided by Healthy Latitude.

If you have a medical emergency, seek appropriate emergency medical care.

No Guarantee of Health Outcomes

Individual responses to environmental, lifestyle, geographic, or other factors vary substantially.

Healthy Latitude does not guarantee that visiting, living in, moving to, or spending time in any particular location will:

• Prevent disease
• Cure disease
• Treat a medical condition
• Eliminate symptoms
• Improve a particular health condition
• Produce any specific health outcome

Any recommendations or observations are based on available information, the client's stated priorities, and the consultant's analysis and experience.

The client remains responsible for all personal decisions.

Travel and Relocation Information

Conditions in cities, regions, and countries can change quickly.

Information relating to:

• Safety
• Transportation
• Housing
• Cost of living
• Immigration
• Visas
• Healthcare access
• Infrastructure
• Environmental conditions
• Government requirements
• Local laws
• Political conditions
• Weather
• Business conditions

may change after a consultation.

Clients are responsible for independently verifying current information before making travel, relocation, financial, health, or lifestyle decisions.

No Legal, Tax, Immigration, Financial, or Real Estate Advice

Healthy Latitude does not provide legal, immigration, tax, financial, investment, insurance, engineering, environmental-testing, or real-estate advice.

Clients should consult qualified professionals regarding matters requiring specialized professional advice.

Booking and Payment

Prices and appointment durations are displayed before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, payment is required at the time of booking.

An appointment is considered confirmed when:

• Required payment has been successfully processed; and
• The client receives a booking confirmation.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a Healthy Location Strategy Session without charge by providing at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be accepted or declined at Healthy Latitude's discretion.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for rescheduling or refund consideration.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and missed appointments are generally non-refundable.

If Healthy Latitude must cancel an appointment, the client will be offered the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund of the applicable consultation fee.

Healthy Latitude may make exceptions to these policies when circumstances reasonably warrant doing so.

Consultation Preparation

Clients are responsible for completing requested intake information accurately and providing enough information for Healthy Latitude to prepare for the consultation.

Failure to provide requested information may limit the usefulness or specificity of the consultation.

SMS Messaging Terms

The Healthy Latitude Messaging Program, operated by Key & Greenwich Digital LLC d/b/a Healthy Latitude, may send text messages to individuals who affirmatively consent to receive them.

Service-related messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Scheduling updates
• Rescheduling notices
• Customer-service communications
• Consultation-related communications

If you separately consent to marketing text messages, Healthy Latitude may also send promotional information, educational content, service announcements, or offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing Healthy Latitude services.

You may opt out at any time by replying:

After an opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive messages covered by that consent unless you subsequently opt in again.

If you separately elect to receive marketing emails, you may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those emails.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Healthy Latitude's website content, written materials, consultation materials, frameworks, graphics, branding, documents, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Key & Greenwich Digital LLC d/b/a Healthy Latitude.

Materials provided through Healthy Latitude are generally intended for the client's personal use.

You may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, license, commercially exploit, or substantially copy Healthy Latitude materials without prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Interfere with website operation
• Submit fraudulent or deliberately misleading information
• Impersonate another person
• Introduce malicious software
• Use Healthy Latitude content in violation of intellectual-property rights

Third-Party Services

Healthy Latitude may use or link to third-party services, including scheduling platforms, payment processors, video-conferencing providers, mapping services, and other websites.

Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that travel, relocation, lifestyle, financial, and health-related decisions involve individual circumstances and risks.

You remain solely responsible for deciding whether and how to act on information discussed during a Healthy Latitude consultation.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Key & Greenwich Digital LLC d/b/a Healthy Latitude from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or misuse of Healthy Latitude materials.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically.

The current version will be posted on this page with its applicable effective date.

Your continued use of HealthyLatitude.com or Healthy Latitude services after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
