For health-conscious people
Stop guessing where to live in Mexico or Central America
This is not conventional relocation consulting — and it is not a real estate sales service. I do not sell property, earn commissions from agents, or steer clients toward developments. Healthy Latitude uses a health-and-environment informed approach, influenced by quantum biology, to evaluate the conditions you would actually live inside every day — not somebody else's ranking of paradise.

Independent location guidance — no property sales, no commissions, no developer incentives.
Healthy Latitude is not a real estate or relocation sales service. I do not sell property, earn commissions from agents, or steer clients toward developments. The goal is to help you evaluate locations based on your health, environmental, and lifestyle priorities.
Recommendations are based on the environment and how well a location fits your priorities — not on what someone is trying to sell you.
What a location feels like on the ground matters.
Maps and climate averages only tell part of the story. Road access, vegetation, density, noise, development, infrastructure and the immediate environment can change dramatically over surprisingly short distances.

A beautiful place isn’t necessarily the right place.
Climate, light, altitude, water, humidity, infrastructure and the realities of daily life can vary dramatically—even within the same country.
The environment changes how you live.
Being near the ocean affects more than the view. Light, wind, humidity, temperature, outdoor access, and the way you spend your day can all change with location. Healthy Latitude looks beyond the destination name to the environment you’ll actually live in.
You're asking different questions
You were never really asking “where is it cheapest?”
Most relocation advice answers three questions: where is it cheapest, where is everyone moving, and what's the best beach town. Useful for some people. But if you are reading this, your questions probably go deeper.
The questions that actually keep you searching
- What is the environment actually like, day to day?
- What am I exposed to every day where I would live and sleep?
- What are the RF/EMF conditions in the areas I am considering?
- What are the magnetic-field conditions?
- What can be measured rather than assumed?
- Can I access natural local foods — farmers, fishermen, butchers — instead of depending entirely on supermarkets and imported food?
- How developed is the surrounding environment, and how quickly is that changing?
- How do I find places that match the way I actually want to live?

Understandable, whatever your starting point
If you already think in terms of quantum biology, circadian health, natural light, electromagnetic environments, RF/EMF exposure, magnetism and natural food sourcing, you'll be talking with someone who speaks the same language — without insider jargon.
And if you've never studied any of it, but you simply recognize that where you live shapes your daily lifestyle and everyday exposures, this works just as well. Nothing here requires prior study.
The outcome you're actually after: clarity
Not a verdict handed down about the “best” place. Clarity about where to focus your search, based on the environmental and lifestyle factors that matter to you — and what deserves a closer look before you spend money on flights, scouting trips or a lease.
A different lens
Hundreds of hours of research, and almost nobody is looking at what you care about
The conventional approach
Cost of living. Real estate. Visas. Expat communities. Restaurants and nightlife. Internet speeds. Generic weather data. Safety rankings. Facebook groups. YouTube tours. “Best places to live” lists.
Those factors can matter — and they may matter to you too. They simply don't answer most of the questions you've been asking.
The health-conscious alternative
Evaluate candidate locations through a personalized, health-conscious and quantum-biology-informed lens. Depending on your priorities, that can include:
- RF/EMF conditions
- Magnetic-field conditions
- Development density
- Natural surroundings
- Local food sourcing
- Farmers, fishermen, butchers
- Climate and sunlight
- Daily lifestyle realities
The most popular destination isn't necessarily the right environment for you.
Healthy Latitude does not funnel everyone toward the same town. The work is to identify what matters to you specifically, then use those priorities to build a much more focused search.

I’ve actually lived this.

My approach didn’t come from comparing destinations online. It developed through years of actually living and traveling across Mexico and Central America—experiencing how dramatically light, climate, altitude, water, infrastructure and everyday surroundings can change from one location to another.
Training and lived experience
Professional quantum biology training, plus years of actually living in these places
Healthy Latitude was founded by a American Naturopathic Medical Board-Certified Quantum Biology Practitioner. The credential reflects completed professional training in quantum biology and its application to everyday environment and lifestyle factors — light, electromagnetic environment, food sourcing, and daily rhythms. It is not a medical license, a physician credential, or a medical specialty, and this work does not include diagnosing or treating disease.
In 2019, serious health concerns led him to Mexico in search of environments that aligned more closely with the quantum-biology principles he had been studying. His interest in the field began through the published work of a physician focused on quantum biology, which pushed him to investigate how location and surroundings might relate to his own health priorities.
This was not a research trip. He lived in Quintana Roo, Chiapas, Puerto Escondido and Acapulco before moving to Nicaragua in 2024 — dramatically different environments, each with its own realities. Along the way, choosing a place became far more sophisticated than climate charts and expat-favorite lists: he began taking his own environmental measurements, including RF/EMF and magnetic-field conditions, and learning the practical work of sourcing food from farmers, fishermen and butchers.
The reason he cares this much is personal. Before applying quantum-biology principles in his own life he experienced serious health problems; he reports that some completely reversed and others improved to a tolerable degree. Two years ago a relatively simple medical procedure nearly killed him, and recovery has been a long, slow process. He believes his environment and lifestyle in Nicaragua have been important in supporting that recovery.
That is his personal health experience, shared to explain why this work exists — not a promise or prediction of what anyone else will experience. No location, measurement or practice discussed here is offered as a way to prevent, treat or cure any condition.

The Healthy Location Strategy Session — $297
It starts with you, not with a ranking of destinations. Why you're considering Mexico or Central America, your current situation, what you want from your environment, your lifestyle preferences, your concerns and deal-breakers, and any locations already on your list.
1. Your priorities, in detail
We map what actually matters to you — environmental factors, daily lifestyle, non-negotiables — before any place is discussed.
2. Translated into a strategy
Those priorities become a focused location strategy, drawing on firsthand location knowledge, research, environmental observations and measurement-informed considerations where they're available.
3. Where to look next
You leave knowing where to focus and what deserves further investigation — instead of trying to research an entire country blindly.
The session includes limited follow-up messaging support so you can ask clarifying questions after you've had time to think. The core result is a more informed, personalized and focused location strategy — not a guarantee about any place, and not medical advice.
Client feedback

Answered plainly, without overstatement
What the credential means. Whether measurements are really taken. Why you can't just research this yourself. What the $297 session does and does not include.
